FCC grants LPFM license in Louisville

Performing arts venue Vault 1031 will soon take to the airwaves. The start-up theater and rehearsal space housed in the old Armored Car Company headquarters in Louisville will begin broadcasting on a low-power FM (92.5) as soon as next March.
