Class B WMLB-AM 1690 in Avondale Estates, Ga., with 10kw during daylight hours and 1kw at night from 1 tower, is being sold by Nancy Epperson-led Delmarva Educational Association to John Fredericks’ Disruptor Radio.
With Wilkinson Barker Knauer serving as legal counsel to Disruptor Radio, Fredericks is agreeing to pay $500,000 for the facility he’s been operating under a TBA since March 1, 2021 as conservative Talker “Freedom Radio.”
