TV Journalist Gets Noncompete Erasure As Discrimination Claims Live On

A Michigan federal district court judge has granted a request submitted in July by a former WJBK-TV in Detroit news anchor that nullifies a noncompete agreement she had with the FOX Television Stations-owned station.


The judgement allows Taryn Asher to appear on another TV station as her gender discrimination and retaliation case against her former employer continues.
