From Waycross north to Hilton Head Island, S.C., “ESPN Coastal” can be heard across a series of four AM radio stations and their respective FM translators.
One of those FM translators is getting a new licensee.
The home of the Atlanta Falcons in markets such as Savannah; Hilton Head Island; Brunswick, Ga.; and Waycross, Ga., also a part of the Braves Radio Network, is seeing its small FM signal in Hilton Head Island trade hands.
Southern Media Interactive is giving W224DH to Nikkos Consulting for the token price of $1.
The seller is led by Will Dorminy, while Nikkos is helmed by Charlie Komons.
Serving as the seller’s legal counsel is Cary Tepper.
W224DH presently is fed by WSEG-AM 1400 in Savannah, and uses W282AR at 104.3 MHz to serve the city.
Will “ESPN Coastal” programming remain on W224DH?
Komons serves as President of ESPN Coastal. As such, the only change reflects the ultimate owner of the FM translator.
