Pappas Telecasting, working through Chapter 11 difficulties, has an agreement to sell KREN-TV and low power sister KAZR-CA in Reno to Hispanic group Entravision. KREN is a CW affiliate, and the Class A is said to program the Spanish language TuVision network. Entravision is said to be offering $4M for the properties, accepted by bankruptcy trustee E. Roger Williams. The station may still go to auction, in which case the Entravision offer would constitute a minimum bid.
