K-LOVE Network proprietor Educational Media Foundation, which usually operates on the FM side, is getting an AM-FM combo in northwest Ohio from Cornerstone Church Inc. But folks on the ground there shouldn’t notice much of a change. EMF has had a network affiliation agreement in place with Cornerstone dating back to 12/10/04. The stations, WNKL-FM Wauseon OH and WNWT-AM Rossford OH, are in an unrated portion of the state west of Toledo. EMF will pay $2.825M cash.
