The FCC is presently engaged in a review of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) compliance and enforcement in broadcast and MVPD “programming industries,” and a review of the Commission’s broadcast and cable EEO rules and policies.
Some 37 national organizations had something to say, and the Multicultural Media, Telecom and Internet Council did the honors in filing the supporters’ comments with the Commission.
