WASHINGTON, D.C. — The parent company of the TV One cable TV network, national radio arm Reach Media and the group of radio stations that serves as its core media assets has achieved an early settlement of its previously announced Tender Offer to purchase its 9.25% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2020.
