An asset purchase agreement reflecting the sale of 10 Arkansas radio stations and a Lubbock, Tex., based AM agreed to on January 29 has been submitted with the FCC for regulatory approval. So has a second agreement dated April 15 that will see 10 Texas radio properties see a change in control.
Once the deals close, Monte Spearman and his High Plains Radio Network will no longer be the owner of these stations. Who will be the new owner?
