Tyler Media is spinning a pair of OKC radio stations in order to clear room for a quartet it is buying. According to Kalil and Co., the spin-off has closed.

The stations involved are KTLR-AM and KKNG-FM. Tyler, headed by Ty Tyler, is selling the pair to Stanton Nelson’s WPA Radio for $1.6M in cash. Kalil brokered the deal.

Tyler is acquiring KOMA-FM, KRXO-FM, KMGL-FM and KOKC-AM from Renda Broadcasting, and will retain three of its own station in the market, including KJKE-FM, KTUZ-FM & KEBC-AM.
