Documents produced by Nexstar Media Group in a retransmission consent complaint brought against it and shared services providers Mission Broadcasting and White Knight Broadcasting in March 2023 by DirecTV have been criticized by the plaintiff in the federal legal battle as being deficient.
Still, the direct broadcast satellite service provider believes there’s another data gathered through discovery by DirecTV attorneys that tilts the ongoing price fixing claim in its favor.
