D.C. Pauses To Remember FCC General Counsel Stalwart


WASHINGTON, D.C. — An appellate litigator and nearly 50-year veteran of the FCC’s Office of General Counsel has passed.

The death of Grey Pash led to several tributes on social media, including one from General Counsel Tom Johnson, who called Pash “a kind and humble colleague and devoted public servant with an impressive record.”
