Eastern Airwaves, LLC, an affiliate of Curtis Media, Inc. has agreed to purchase the CP for FM Translator W226BV (93.1 mHz) Durham, NC from Community Public Radio, Inc., a Georgia not-for-profit corporation. The purchase price is $130,000.00. Bob Heymann of the Chicago office of Media Services Group served as the exclusive broker representing the buyer in this transaction. Heymann tells RBR-TVBR: “This acquisition adds to the already impressive number of AM and FM stations owned by the Curtis Media Group in the Raleigh-Durham market”.
