Larry Crain has signed off on an agreement that will see the transfer of control of two AMs, two FM translators and four FM stations in Arkansas to a licensee owned by Pamela and Robert D. Connell that’s all about freedom. In fact, that’s the company’s name.
Freedom Broadcasting, which also owns KFFB “Timeless 106.1” in North Central Arkansas, has agreed to acquire the following properties from Crain Media Group:

A $3.5 million purchase price has been agreed to by Crain and the Connells.
Handling the FCC filings are Putbrese, Hunsacker & Trent for Crain, and Stephen Lovelady with Shainis & Peltzman for Freedom.
