Courtney Moody hired by Univision/Michigan

Univision has appointed Courtney Moody as the new vice president of Business Development for Automotive. She’ll focus on growing existing advertisers and activating new brands. Based in Birmingham, MI, she reports to Jack Randall, senior vice president, Business Development.


Prior to joining Univision, Moody spent more than 26 years at General Motors in a variety of domestic and global roles. She held key positions in marketing and brand management at Chevrolet, Pontiac-GMC and Oldsmobile, which included work on ten new vehicle launches, leading dealer advisory boards and working with regional marketing teams. Moody went on to launch e-GM and create alliances with AOL, KBB, Edmunds and Net Zero.  She also held several market analysis positions and led the North American Market Analysis team at GM and global and North American teams in portfolio and vehicle planning.

In 2010 Moody received the GM Initial Public Offering recognition award and Chevrolet Volt President’s Council Honors. She also received Chevrolet Inter-Regional Strategy Board Chairman’s Honors in 2003 and Fullsize Truck Dual Product Strategy President’s Council Honors in 1998.
