Copier Moves From SLC to Central Fla. For iHeart

For 25 years, she was a local media fixture in Salt Lake City, serving as Local Sales Manager of KUTV-2 under CBS ownership and in May 2011 joined iHeartMedia as Regional SVP of Sales, rising to Market President in April 2021.


Now, this longtime leader is trading the Wasatch Front for the Magic Kingdom, the Space Coast and everything in between.

Judy Copier has been named Region President for iHeartMedia’s Orlando/Melbourne market, effective immediately. As Region President, Copier will oversee all aspects of operations across multiple platforms including broadcast, digital, mobile, social and live events for the market.

Copier will report to iHeartMedia Division President Tom McConnell.

“Orlando/Melbourne is an important market for iHeartMedia with incredible growth potential,” McConnell said. “Judy is an exceptional leader and has delivered strong results in a number of executive roles. The iHeartMedia/Orlando station group include “Magic 107.7,” “XL 106.7,” “Rumba 100.3,”  FM translator “104.5 The Beat,” “Real Radio 104.1,” WJRR-FM 104.1, WFLF-FM 540, and WYGM “96.9 The Game.”

The Melbourne-Titusville-Cocoa Beach stations owned by iHeartMedia are comprised of WLRQ “Lite Rock 99.3,” Talk WMMB, and “95.1 KISS FM.”
