Legacy silos are no longer sustainable in a fragmented landscape. As such, merging back-end operations so that television, radio and AI are interlinked is underway. What are the best practices and key learning lessons seen with this unity? A Forecast conference session offers in-person attendees real-world strategies.
From building unified cross-platform newsrooms and retraining legacy sales forces to pitch bundled audio/video campaigns, leveraging white-labeled digital tech and AI to maximize local market share is also being seen across the broadcast media landscape. New York State Broadcasters Association President Heidi Raphael will lead a panel discussion with individuals including Phil Brooks, the VP/Technology of Graham Media Group.
At Graham, Brooks leads technology strategy, broadcast operations, and the company’s “Momentum” transformation — driving unified cross-platform workflows, AI-enabled production, and the modernization of legacy systems into scalable, multi-platform media networks.
With more than 25 years in broadcast engineering, Brooks has overseen large-scale infrastructure rebuilds, cloud-based production environments, next-generation newsroom automation, and group-wide digital transformation initiatives. Prior to Graham Media Group, he served as Director of Engineering and Strategy at Scripps Media.
On the panel, Brooks is joined by Beasley Media Group CEO Caroline Beasley, AdCellerant co-founder and CEO Brock Berry and Bonneville International President Tanya Vea.
