On March 5, 2020, the owner of an FM translator serving the Crescent City filed its license renewal application with the FCC. However, something was amiss. Now, some 5 1/2 years later, the facility is getting a fresh license. To make it happen, the Commission and the station owner are entering into a Consent Decree.
