Consent Decree Ends LPTV Owner’s ‘OPIF’ Foul Review

The licensee of a pair of digital Class A television stations serving the Pittsburgh area has entered into a Consent Decree with the FCC that concludes an investigation by the Video Division of the Media Bureau into why it did not comply with online public file rules.


Fifth Street Enterprises was also found to have provided inaccurate information to the Commission in its license renewal applications for the two properties.
