The FCC is now officially accepting comments from the public with respect to the competitive bidding procedures it will employ in what is set to be “Auction 99.”
That’s the auction of cross-service FM translator construction permits scheduled to begin on May 15, and the deadline for Comments and Reply Comments has been set.
