David and Penny Drucker reside in Evergreen, Colo., and have been active TV station owners for decades. Among the properties they’ve been associated with are free-to-air television channels in places as disparate as Key West and Alaska.
Now, the Druckers are investing in a Mile High property to the south of their residence.
The Druckers’ Denver Digital Television has signed off on an asset purchase agreement that will see it acquire K04RY-D in Manitou Springs, Colo., within the Colorado Springs area.
The seller is Full Gospel Outreach Inc., and the Druckers are paying $40,000 for the LPTV property. A $8,000 deposit has been made, with the remaining cash payable at closing.
Upon completion of the deal, K04RY-D will join a group of properties that includes KPDD-LD in Evergreen, Colo.; KQAF-LD in La Junta, Colo.; and KBLT-LD in Anchorage, Alaska.
