iHeartMedia and Brunswick Station Trust LLC intends to divest an FM.
WMOG(FM) is licensed to St. Simons Island, Ga., which is the largest of the four barrier islands in Georgia’s Golden Isles.
Golden Isles Broadcasting, LLC is the buyer, comprised of Edward Esserman, Richard Hickey, James Hickey and RTS Media Partners.
The price is $225,000, less a 15% deposit.
WMOG Is a Class C3 FM with an ERP of 7,000 watts @ 328’ HAAT; It operates on 92.7 MHz.
