Cary Simpson’s Farm & Home Broadcasting Company has sold two WFRMs, and the deal for the second one just closed. That would be a transaction sending WFRM-AM Coudersport PA to L-Com Inc., headed by David and Cathy Lent. According to broker Ray Rosenblum, the price was $200K. Rosenblum also handled the sale of WFRM-FM to Colonial Radio Group. That deal, for an FM that moved from Tyrone PA to the Olean NY market, went for $275K.
