KOBC-FM Joplin MO is now officially in the portfolio of ever-expanding Educational Media Foundation. According to Greg Guy of Patrick Communications, the price was an even $1M. The seller was Ozark Christian College. Non-profit EMF is happy to work both sides of the NCE/commercial divide; in this case, it’s getting a 60 kw station in reserved territory on 90.7 MHz.
