Michael Buttoni is selling a Georgia AM. WEZO is licensed to Augusta, in the southeastern portion of the state, near the North Carolina border.
Last Century Broadcasting, based in La Marque, Texas, is the buyer. Norma Lewis owns 100% of the company.
The price is $350,000, paid in monthly installments for one year with an annual 2% interest rate. A $357,000 balloon payment of principal and interest comes due a year after the closing date.
The parties have begun a Time Brokerage Agreement while the sale application is pending at the FCC.
Class C WEZO transmits 1,000 watts from a single tower: it operates on 1230 kHz.
