James Chladek, CEO of New York City-based All Broadcast Access Inc., is relinquishing a low-power television station on Florida’s Atlantic Coast to a small Hispanic broadcast group based in Miami.

And, if you’re familiar with local South Florida politics, you’ll know the buyer.

Tomas Regalado and his company Vox Latino TV Corp., have entered into a stock purchase agreement for Request Television, Inc., which holds WSCF-LD, which has a PSIP of Channel 30 and uses digital channel 31.

The entire cost of stock and interest for the Melbourne, Fla., station is set by both parties at $350,000. It covers a portion of the vast Orlando DMA including Cocoa Beach.

Chladek is represented by Shelley Sadowsky, while Vox Latino employed the services of Edward A. Maldonado, Esq.

Regalado is a former Mayor of Miami who has also had a long-successful career as a political commentator on local radio and television.
