Word that the Chinese government was making banks cut back on lending produced worries about that fast growing market. The Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped 122 points, or 1.1%, to 10,603. Broadcast stocks went with the flow.
The RBR Radio Index was down 1.340, or 0.6%, to 211.906.
The TVBR Television Index was down 3.591, or 2.5%, to 138.635.
