When the House Communications Subcommittee convenes to grill the FCC on the topic of its budget during a hearing on Thursday 2/16/12, it will be ordering from the top of the menu. FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski will be a panel of one, and will be followed by a second panel comprised of two witnesses.
