In September 2022, Scott Centers was in the news for his decision to sell a low-power television station in Las Vegas. Now, he’s back in the news as a buyer, as he’s agreed to purchase a San Francisco LPTV operation.
Centers, as the head of DRC Broadcast Innovations LLC, is purchasing KPJC-LD 11 in San Francisco from Jeff Chang.
A $500,000 purchase price has been agreed to by the parties; a $25,000 escrow deposit has been made to Chang and is being held by The Law Office of Dan J. Alpert.
Serving as Chang’s broker in this deal is Scott Barbee at Sterling BCG LLC.
