CBS placed first on Monday in key demographics led by HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER’s season-high rating among adults 18-49 and the largest audience ever for THE BIG BANG THEORY, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for Nov. 23.

HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER (5.2/08, 8.79m) was second in adults 18-49 (3.7/10) and adults 18-34 (3.5/10). Compared to last week, HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER was up +2% in households (from 5.1/08), +5% in adults 25-54 (4.1/10 from 3.8/09), +9% in both adults 18-49 (from 3.4/09) and adults 18-34 (from 3.2/09) and added +630,000 viewers (from 8.16m, +8%).  This was HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER’s best delivery in adults 18-49 this season and matches its season-high adults 18-34 performance. 
 
THE BIG BANG THEORY was first in households (8.5/13), viewers (14.22m), adults 25-54 (6.1/14), adults 18-49 (5.2/13) and adults 18-34 (3.9/11).  THE BIG BANG THEORY improved on its TWO AND A HALF MEN lead-in by +1% in households, +5% in adults 25-54, +11% in both adults 18-49 and adults 18-34 and added +310,000 viewers (+2%).  Compared to last week, THE BIG BANG THEORY was +8% in households (from 7.9/12), +3% in adults 25-54 (from 5.9/13), +4% in adults 18-49 (from 5.0/12), down -3% in adults 18-34 (from 4.0/11) and added +990,000 viewers (from 13.23m, +7%).  This was the best viewer delivery ever for THE BIG BANG THEORY.

TWO AND A HALF MEN was first in adults 18-49 (4.7/12), adults 18-34 (3.5/10) and second in households (8.4/12), viewers (13.91m) and adults 25-54 (5.8/13).  TWO AND A HALF MEN was up +3% in adults 18-34 (from 3.4/09), even in households, adults 25-54 and adults 18-49 and added +220,000 viewers (from 13.69m, +2%) compared to last week. 
  
At 8:30 PM, ACCIDENTALLY ON PURPOSE (4.7/07, 7.90m) averaged 3.7/08 in adults 25-54 and 3.2/08 in adults 18-49.  Compared to last week, ACCIDENTALLY ON PURPOSE was up +16% in adults 25-54 (from 3.2/07), +14% in adults 18-49 (from 2.8/07), even in households and added +620,000 viewers (from 7.28m, +9%). 

CSI: MIAMI was first in households (8.4/14), viewers (13.18m), adults 25-54 (4.6/12), adults 18-49 (3.7/10) and adults 18-34 (2.6/08). 
 
For the night, CBS was first in adults 25-54 (4.8/11) and adults 18-49 (4.0/10); the network was second in households (7.3/11), viewers (11.86m) and adults 18-34 (3.1/10).
