John and Katrina Ostlund have a deal to acquire an AM station in the Fresno CA market. The pair will be getting KYNO-AM from Spanish Catholic Radio of Fresno LLC. Just as its name implies, the station has been providing Catholic-oriented programming to Spanish-speaking residents of the community. The price tag is $1.6 million in cold, hard cash. There will be an LMA until closing. The buyers have no other properties in Fresno.
