A FCC proposal devoted to  “Unlicensed White Space Device Operations in the Television Bands” has gotten the affirmative nod of two governors in the western U.S., as well as the Western Governors' Association itself. FCC Comment Period Opens On ‘Geo-Targeting’ Petition
