Another bad day for FilmOn X: Federal Judge Rosemary Collyer has refused to reconsider her order prohibiting Alki David’s startup from streaming TV shows. FilmOn X, an Aereo copycat that also uses arrays of tiny antennas to stream local over-the-air broadcast television over the Internet, had another let-down in court--and that's not good for Aereo either.
