There is a new nominee for the post of Director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA). Normally, this appointment would be of zero interest to members of the radio community who lack a personal relationship of some kind with the nominee, but in this case, the move is removing a strong supporter of the Performance Rights Act out of the House of Representatives.
