As 2019 came to a close, Irina Baranova decided to acquire a Class D AM licensed to the city of Tigard, Ore., that exactly 10 years ago went dark, ending its tenure as a regional Mexican station targeting Latinos across the Portland region. Now, Baranova has completed her company's purchase of a радио станция for those seeking Russian-language programming.

A pair of deals involving Hearst Television's big ABC affiliate serving most of New Mexico have been signed off by President Jordan Wertlieb.
