Northeast Indiana Public Radio, Inc., an Indiana nonprofit corporation has agreed to sell the construction permit for W258BY Fort Wayne, IN to Fort Wayne Catholic Radio Group, Inc., another Indiana nonprofit corporation. The sale price is $113,000. Bob Heymann of the Chicago office of Media Services Group served as the exclusive broker representing the seller in this transaction and Jon Yinger of Broadcast Properties LLC served as the exclusive broker representing the buyer.
