There's a new VP of Sales at the iHeartMedia News/Talker and Classic Rock duo serving the New York metropolitan area.  She reports to iHeartMedia/New York SVP of Sales Steve DeLusant. Meanwhile, there's a new Sales Manager at Z100 and "106.7 Lite FM."

He's currently the VP/GM of the FOX affiliates in Columbia, S.C., and Albany, Ga., owned by Sinclair Broadcast Group. Now, he's adding oversight of a third FOX affiliate — in nearby Macon, Ga. — to his list of tasks and duties. 

The cluster includes such brands as "The Big DM" and "FOX 102.3," along with four other FMs. Now, a 16-year Director of Sales who has been VP/Station Manager is earning a promotion putting him fully in control of all six Alpha Media FMs.

Sinclair Broadcast Group has selected the individual who will succeed Cory Culleton as the leader of the two Gainesville-Ocala stations it provides services to and the FOX affiliate it owns in Savannah, Ga.

Global, the Media & Entertainment group that wanted a big stake in iHeartMedia but relented, has selected a new Programmatic and Data Director for its ad platform DAX.

The Radio Net Media-owned digital audio ad sales platform AdTonos has appointed a VP of Product. She will be charged with further developing the global programmatic platform, focusing on audio media buying and cross-device targeting.

Taking the role for Sinclair Broadcast Group in the two markets is a company veteran who most recently served as VP/GM of two stations in Gainesville, Fla., the company provides services for.

A new Director of Operations has been selected for the Houston radio properties owned by Cox Media Group. This makes this individual responsible for all content associated with Country "93Q", Classic Country KTHT, and Classic Hits KGLK "The Eagle."

There's a new SVP and Publisher for Salem Media Group's Townhall Media operation, and he'll continue to oversee all business and editorial operations for Townhall Media properties, which includes Townhall, RedState, PJ Media, Hot Air, Twitchy, and Bearing Arms, while taking on a wider level of corporate responsibility.

Nexstar Media Group has named an Executive Director of Communications for its networks division — and from April 4 will oversee internal and external communication at NewsNation; nationally distributed diginets Antenna TV and Rewind TV; and for its lone radio station, WGN-AM in Chicago.

He most recently served as the National Digital Automotive Specialist for Beasley Media Group and prior to entering the radio industry, he spent 15 years as GM of Jorgensen Ford in Detroit. Now, Tim Jorgenson is being promoted to a key role at Beasley's Motor City properties.

Earlier this year, Jim Toellner revealed that he was retiring as the President/GM of TEGNA's NBC affiliate serving Western New York. On Thursday, the company getting acquired by a consortium led by Standard General and including Apollo Global Management announced who's taking Toellner's chair.  

New York Festivals TV & Film Awards will honor the Chairman of CBS Sports with the twelfth annual New York Festivals Lifetime Achievement Award, which recognizes prominent industry leaders, innovators, and driving forces in the broadcast industry whose accomplishments have advanced their field and made a lasting impression on the industry.

According to a memo sent Tuesday to employees, the co-heads of Business Affairs for CBS Entertainment and Studios are taking on additional duties. They'll now oversee CBS's News and Stations, Sports, and CBS Media Ventures under the Paramount brand.
