Vincent Castelli, through his Castelli Media, is one step closer to closing on his acquisition of a Tallahassee, Fla., LPTV property from an entity led by Samuel Madison based in the Broward County city of Davie, Fla.
The FCC on Thursday granted the license transfer applications that will see W21EH-D go to Castelli Media in a transaction valued at $40,000.
The seller is Madison Avenue Ventures, and the transaction was concurrent with an agreement to spin W08EQ-D to King Forward, the licensee run by John Kyle II.
And, it turns out, this deal is worth $40,000 — a sign those funds were used for the Madison Avenue transaction.
