What’s all that noise the FCC is poised to debate and discuss at its February Open Meeting, the first that will see Brendan Carr serve as the agency’s Chairman?


The Commission will explore “loud emergency alerts” — a life-saving tool — while also considering a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking that would determine whether the FCC needs “additional actions” to make sure exceedingly loud TV commercials are stopped.
