In a nearly 30-minute podcast interview conducted by the President of the conservative Media Research Center, the Chairman of the FCC made it clear that a broadcast radio or TV station’s license could be at play if the Commission finds the over-the-air outlet provided content to viewers deemed to be not in the public interest.
