In 2017, iHeartMedia President/CEO Bob Pittman gained notice for hanging with recording artist Halsey and omnipresent multiplatform personality Ryan Seacrest across Cannes, France. The locale is the home to the annual Cannes Lions, the world’s most prestigious advertising awards.


Fast-forward to 2024, and a pay-to-listen service rooted in satellite radio seeking to gain app users is offering up a “LinkedIn Audio Event” with “expert insights on audio advertising that wins.”
