A silent 100-watt Class A noncommercial FM radio station offering “The truth heard in Black and White” is trading hands.

It marks the end of ownership by Calvary Radio Network, and this facility’s forthcoming resurrection as a simulcast partner of a Linton, Ind.-based radio station.

Bethel Baptist Church, licensee of Class A WYTJ-FM in Linton, Ind.,  has agreed to purchase WVWG-FM in Seelyville, Ind. from CRN.

The deal is valued at $35,000.

WVWG is expected to begin simulcasting WYTJ’s non-secular programming, serving an area to the northeast of Terre Haute. WYTJ’s signal covers an area to the far southeast of Terre Haute.

Serving as the legal counsel for the buyer is Cary Tepper of Tepper Law Firm.

The seller’s legal counsel is Matthew McCormick of Fletcher Heald & Hildreth.
