Todd Clem, known as Bubba the Love Sponge, and the Bubba Radio Network have asked a federal court to dismiss an earlier suit filed by Nielsen Audio.
Nielsen alleged Bubba and others paid more than one Portable People Meter holder to influence rating estimates for his show and seeks a trial and $1M in damages.
