Model Brooke Burke won season seven of “Dancing With the Stars” on ABC. Now she’s returning as co-host for season ten.

Tom Bergeron, who has hosted every season of DWTS, announced the selection of his new co-host Monday morning on “Good Morning America,” also on ABC. “She looks amazing and she’ll be able to talk to the couples backstage with the perspective of having been through it herself,” Bergeron said of Burke.

Burke will be the third co-host of DWTS. She succeeds Samantha Harris, who announced that she was leaving to devote her full attention to her role as host/correspondent of “The Insider.” Harris had been co-host for seasons two through nine, following Lisa Canning, who handled the backstage interviews for season one. Drew Lachey, also a DWTS winner, filled in as co-host for six episodes in 2007 while Harris was on maternity leave.

In addition to her modeling career, Burke has some previous TV experience as host of the summer reality series “Rock Star” for two years on CBS.
