A survey of more than 95,000 consumers between the ages of 16 and 65 from across the U.S. has yielded fresh insights into brand loyalty as it pertains to select news programming — potentially potent data as the 2024 political advertising season heats up.


According to Brand Keys‘ 27th annual Customer Loyalty Engagement Index, “loyalty juggernauts” have emerged. And, it is good news for NBC and ABC.
