The stick of WIL-AM St. Louis is now officially under the ownership of Entertainment Media Trust, according to brokerage firms John Pierce & Company and Kalil & Co., who represented the buyer and seller, respectively. The 1.2M agreement sent the station to Dennis Watkins’ EMT, from Bonneville International Corporation. Bonneville retains rights to the now-rare vintage three letter WIL call letters. The price of the transaction was 1.2M.
