SAN LUIS OBISPO, CALIF. — A U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District of California has said no to a request from Bonneville International Corp. to dismiss an unlawful termination suit filed against the owner of KHTK-AM in Sacramento by longtime sports talk host Grant Napear, setting the stage for an August 1 hearing.
