Taos, New Mexico corporation DMC Broadcasting and Pearland, Texas-based LMNOC have signed an asset purchase agreement as well as a local programming and marketing agreement.
DMC intends to sell five stations, an unbuilt CP and an FM translator and booster to the Texas company.
