In March, RBR+TVBR was first to report on the second attempt by licensees associated with Bert Kaufman to spin a pair of St. Louis-market AMs to a new buyer, following a non-consummation with another party.
Not included in the transaction was one of two FM translators included in the failed 2019 deal. Now, Kaufman has found a party willing to acquire one of those two mini FMs.
