The December 2014 station swap Beasley Broadcast Group executed with CBS Radio made for difficult results reporting for Q1 2015, and the numbers look great in some presentations. But assimilation factors produced negative results on a pro forma basis.
Dollar for dollar, the company made slightly more in Q1 2015 than in Q1 2014, taking the group as it existed during those time periods.
